Amazing sake shop. A real shame I live in Austin and can't go here more often. I'd be in all the time. Mei was incredibly helpful and very kind to throw in a few copies of "Sake Today," which I've already torn through. Will be back when I can and highly recommend for all lovers of sake and newcomers alike.

Great selection and informed staff. They didn’t have my favorite Sake Takara from Berkeley. But I probably didn’t look hard enough.

If you're a fan of sake, then you should go to this store. The worker Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly, and inviting. I picked up a bottle that I ordered online, and he was very professional & courteous. The store is very clean, and had hundreds of bottles to select from. I would definitely go back to not only learn about sake from them, but to buy more.

If you want high quality sake, this is the place to go in the city. Price is reasonable, staff is nice. Only issue I had was parking - it’s impossible to find parking nearby and I had walk 3-5 blocks to get here…

I've been buying my sake from True Sake for the last 3 years. You can't get a larger selection at a great price than here. I generally order online for pickup, but if you walk-in, they'll be more than happy to pick out something that's perfect for you. I'm especially thankful to True Sake for getting me into the seasonal namazake!
